CHIC LLC’s Mission is to rehab and rebuild affordable housing in various communities
throughout the states. Our focus is to help the communities achieve their dreams one Family at
a time. We aim to “rebuild and revitalize the block” with fresh, high quality, energy efficient
smart homes of all sizes. CHIC LLC strives to improve everyday living situations whether it’s a
single parent home, veterans, seniors, students, or just providing a solution for the homeless.
